  • The villa can be booked for a minimum of 7 consecutive days.
  • We prefer weekend to weekend bookings throughout the year, however if you wish to travel mid week please call the owners to discuss.
  • Pool heating available from October to mid March, price on application. It is not normally necessary to heat the pool in the hot summer months.

    The pool will be heated to a comfortable level, depending upon the prevailing weather conditions at the time

  • A 25% deposit is required on booking and full payment is required 8 weeks before your holiday.
  • A damage deposit of £300 is required and will be refunded upon inspection.
  • After booking we will provide a portfolio of information for the villa covering local bars and restaurants, places of interest to visit, trips and tours. We can also assist you with flights and car hire if required.
  • Welcome pack included in the price.
