The open plan Lounge, Kitchen and Dining rooms give fantastic views in a relaxed and comfortable setting. The lounge has a large comfortable luxury leather suite, and a wide screen TV / DVD / Video system.
Two sets of double patio doors lead to the large patio which has a covered loggia, providing a large shaded area, table and chairs, perfect for Al Fresco dining.
From the roof terrace you can take in the view whilst enjoying a cocktail. It's an ideal place to catch the evening breeze and watch the spectacular sunsets.

The pool is 8m x 4m with Roman steps for easy access and has a shallow end. We have snorkels and inflatables for your use. The pool can be heated in the months of April/May and October. Please contact the owners for prices.

The villa is set in a 940 square metres plot with a landscaped garden partially laid to grass with numerous trees and shrubs.
